The New Hope Valley Railway
celebrated one hundred years of railroad history on June 4, 2006.
Special
guests including Congressman David Price, representative Paul Stam, among others gave
short speeches, helped dedicate a commemorative plaque, and then enjoyed a ride on the train behind steam engine 17.
